Your assistant searches the inbox, creates the label, and applies it to every message it finds. It can build folders, merge the duplicates that accumulate, and set up filters and rules so the tidying keeps happening without you.

The same across Google Drive and OneDrive: find things by name, build the folder structure, move and rename in bulk. Organizing never opens a file — and when you do want what is inside one, ask: your assistant can read a document, a photo or a data file, and read and write your spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Excel.

Find the event, reschedule it, add the guest. Adding a guest emails them an invitation, so that part answers to the same switch as sending. Your assistant can also check free time across calendars before proposing one.

Replies land in the right thread, sent as you from the mailbox you connected. Prefer to review first? Turn sending off and your assistant drafts instead, leaving the send button to you.

How Higgs Hub uses your Google and Microsoft data
Higgs Hub is a connection, not a destination. Your mail, files and calendars stay in the accounts you already own — nothing is copied here and nothing lives here. There is no AI of ours anywhere in that path: the only assistant Higgs Hub runs is the chat box on this website, and it cannot reach any account. Nothing on our side reads your data for meaning, decides what it is about, or learns from it. It goes to the assistant you chose, and to nobody else.
What it can do. When you connect a Gmail, Google Workspace or Microsoft account, Higgs Hub asks that provider for permission to work with what you already have: reading and organizing your mail — labels, folders, filters and rules, search — sending and replying as you, organizing your Drive or OneDrive, opening a file when you ask for it and sharing one with a person you name, managing your calendars and events including meeting links, reading and writing your spreadsheets, and keeping your task lists. That access is used for exactly one thing: carrying out the requests you or your authorized assistant make.
What passes through. When your assistant asks for something, the answer passes through our servers in memory on the way to that assistant, and is gone when the request finishes. It is never stored, never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train AI models. Organizing files never opens them — finding, renaming, moving and filing work on names and folders alone. Reading what is inside one is a separate action, with its own switch, that happens when you ask.
What we keep. Two things: the encrypted credentials for your connections, and an audit log of actions — which assistant did what, in which mailbox, and when. Never the content. Not a message body, not a recipient, not a cell, not a file's name. The log is yours to read and export.
Sending, plainly. Your assistant can send new messages, reply in your threads, and invite guests to events — mail that arrives from your address and reaches people you have not seen. It is on by default because a connector that cannot answer an email is not much of an assistant, and it is a single switch in Settings if you would rather it only drafted. Higgs Hub caps how much can go out per mailbox and per day, so a misbehaving agent cannot turn into a mass mailing.
Yours to switch off. Every capability has its own switch in Settings, and Higgs Hub does nothing on its own — every action is your assistant carrying out your instruction, checked against those switches first. Disconnecting a mailbox deletes its credentials immediately, and for Google accounts revokes the grant with Google itself.
Higgs Hub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The same rules govern Microsoft data, which we handle under our Privacy Policy.
