Your assistant searches the inbox, creates the label, and applies it to every message it finds. It can build folders, merge the duplicates that accumulate, and set up filters and rules so the tidying keeps happening without you.

The same across Google Drive and OneDrive: find things by name, build the folder structure, move and rename in bulk. Organizing never opens a document — and when you do want the contents, your assistant can read and update your Google Sheets directly.

Find the event, reschedule it, add the guest. Adding a guest emails them an invitation, so that part answers to the same switch as sending. Your assistant can also check free time across calendars before proposing one.

How Higgs Hub uses your Google and Microsoft data
When you connect a Gmail, Google Workspace, or Microsoft account, Higgs Hub asks that provider for permission to work with what you already have: reading and organizing your email — labels, folders, filters and inbox rules, search — sending and replying as you, organizing your Drive or OneDrive files and folders, managing your calendars and events, and keeping your To Do lists. That access is used for exactly one thing: carrying out the requests you or your authorized AI assistant make.
Sending is part of that, and it is worth being plain about. Your assistant can send new messages, reply in your threads, and invite guests to events — mail that arrives from your address and reaches people you have not seen. It is on by default because a connector that cannot answer an email is not much of an assistant, and it is a single switch in Settings if you would rather it only drafted. Higgs Hub caps how much can go out per mailbox and per day, so a misbehaving agent cannot turn into a mass mailing.
Higgs Hub does nothing on its own — every action is your assistant carrying out your instructions, and each one is checked against your workspace's permissions first. When your assistant reads mail, the content passes through our servers in memory, straight to the assistant you authorized — that is the point — and it is never stored, never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train AI models. Organizing files is name-and-folder only — those tools never open a document. Spreadsheets are the deliberate exception: your assistant reads and writes the cells you point it at, and those pass through in memory the same way mail does, stored nowhere. What we keep is the encrypted connection credentials and an audit log of actions — which assistant did what, in which mailbox, and when. Never the content. Disconnecting a mailbox deletes those credentials immediately, and for Google accounts also revokes the grant with Google itself.
Higgs Hub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The same rules govern Microsoft data, which we handle under our Privacy Policy.
