The service
Higgs Hub lets you connect email accounts you control and expose them to AI agents you authorize, through the Model Context Protocol. You are responsible for which mailboxes you connect and which agents you authorize.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect mailboxes you own or are authorized to manage.
- Actions taken by an AI agent you connected count as actions taken by you. Review your audit log; revoke access you no longer need.
- Keep your account credentials and API keys confidential. Rotate a key immediately if you suspect it leaked.
- Comply with Google's and Microsoft's terms for the connected accounts, and with laws applicable to the data in your mailboxes.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed per workspace via Stripe, monthly or annually. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period, after which the workspace returns to the Free plan. Connecting more mailboxes than your plan includes is never blocked — the extras are billed at your plan's rate. We do not delete mailboxes or revoke their tokens because a subscription lapsed; that only happens when you disconnect a mailbox or delete your workspace or account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
No use for spam, unauthorized access to accounts you don't control, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken in your mailboxes by agents you authorized.
Termination
You may delete your workspace or account at any time; doing so revokes and deletes stored grants. We may terminate for material breach with notice.
